If any page making the problem or stuck in any page press F5 key for refreshing the page. 

Routinely try to clear browsing history. 

By clicking the tool menu and select Internet option, now click on the select button, now view option is displaying on the screen then select every program which is damaged or unknown and deletes them with the delete key, these steps use to clear the downloaded program which is damaged or deleted. 

Select Internet option by clicking Tools menu to verify Security Setting to check it is set to high or medium, so set it to the medium because most of the web pages may not work if the security setting is set to high.

Open tools menu for restoring defaults for advanced internet option, now select Internet option from the Tool menu, click the advanced tab, and then click the Restore Defaults or Restore advanced setting button. 

To uninstall the add-ons or to disable all internet explorer add-ons. Click the tools menu and select the internet option within all the given options, select the program tab then Manage add-ons is visible on the screen click it, after clicking it in the manage add-ons highlight each add-on and select disable. If you find that Add-ons is a type of toolbar then this type of add or others are easily deleted through add or remove option. 

Now open single internet explorer after closing all tabs of internet explorer. 

If the issue is not cleared then make sure your Internet Explorer may not be hijacked 

Download all the updates of Microsoft Windows. 

Update all the latest plug-ins installed in Internet Explorer.

Finally if still facing issues and problems with your Internet Explorer then try to uninstall the Internet Explorer and Install it again. 

But if nothing gets solved then try another web browser.
